The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) requires that certain information be provided to the client prior  to business being transacted so that the relationship between the client and  the firm is clearly stated and understood.

However, I emphasise that we are not trying to advise you or to do business here, online. If you choose to engage with us, or even to simply make an enquiry, we will ensure that all legally-required documents and information (and much more) will be provided to you before you make any decision.

What if you have a complaint?

 

We are proud to be able to say that Parade Financial Services (Devon) Ltd has never received a formal complaint, upheld or otherwise. However, like all responsible companies, we recognise that things can go wrong so we need to have a process to address that possibility.

 

Therefore, if you have a complaint, you should approach us directly in the first instance. Alternatively, you may contact Sound Financial Management Complaints Team who will look

into the complaint on your behalf, in an unbiased, impartial and fair manner.

 

If they cannot put the issue right to your satisfaction, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman. The Financial Ombudsman Service was set up by Parliament to sort out individual complaints that consumers and financial businesses are unable to resolve themselves. Cookies

You may be pleasantly surprised to find that you haven't been bothered so far by a pop-up message containing a warning about cookies, and asking you if it's OK if we "help" you by using them. That's because there are none.

​

The only kind of cookies we use have chocolate chips in them. Come to our office for a coffee and a chat about your requirements, and we'll see what we can do. (Other types of biscuits are available so please do warn us in advance if chocolate chip cookies are the only coffee-time snack acceptable to you!)
